I haven't tuned in since he left the cast. I also haven't even thought to recently either though, but I'm less motivated to tune in these days than before.

When he first started I thought he was terrible. Over time, he became one of my favorites and a respected voice on matters...I'll really miss his insight.

You know, I find it ironic that Reynolds gets fired and Brett Myers is still employed...

The really sad thing is I used to check the schedule for BBTN, and I'd occasionally stay up for the midnight broadcast. You never know when it'll be on, but without Reynolds...I don't even care what time it's on. I find it unwatchable.

I'm being converted to the FSN highlight show, especially for my "sports over cereal" fix in the AM.

    Welcome to 5 years ago....
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Regardless of what really happened...I wish ESPN would get a clue and actually get some better on-air talent or on-air segments on there.

The reds could be 12 games in 1st place in the central and get 15 secs of air time. Red Sox/Yankees could be off and they get at least 3 minutes an episode. Also I hate Tino Martinez'. Another big dude with the voice of an adolescent school girl.

Now that HR's gone, maybe they'll continue with even more segments where former players in suits stand on a mock, studio diamond and provide "insight" to game-like situations that no one cares about. I thought studio football analysts doing this sort of thing on the set was ridiculous....then I watched BBTN.

I can't stand Tino Martinez and his worthless insight. E-SPiN just wanted a Yankee figure there.

I guess they think they're competing with Best Damn Sports Show with idiots like Kruk on there.

    Too bad.
