Glad to see Ross getting regular AB's.

For the love of Pete, Milty...if you ever needed to earn your 27 mil, tonight is the freaking night.

Yeah, I saw the Milton start coming up tonight on the Reds site. He's hot or he's not, tonight I hope he's hot.

Well I don't think Milty will be a factor, if Marquis wasn't a decent hitting pitcher I'd say the same for him. This is going to be a game of runs.. maybe more than the 14 scored last night.

I have been absolutely stewing non-stop about last nights game all day today, please for the love of God, take this one today. I had a dream that the Reds lost this one too sadly, with Freel running himself into a game ending double play running too far off 1st base on a caught line drive hit to right field. Fortunatly my dreams, while vivid, haven't been accurate when it comes to the Reds this year.

I just threw up in my mouth being reminded of that little factoid. Had done a pretty good job of conveniently erasing it from my mind til now. Thanks a lot.

Remove Clayton from SS for Brandon Phillips and that's the lineup for me. Most other managers would probably stay with that line-up 3-4 days a week.

But this is Jerry "The Fiddler" Narron.

I strongly believe the keys to winning tonights game are:

    1. Not giving up 5 runs before the home team bats.

    2. Those posting on the game thread posting in a way that the 9 gentleman on the field in downtown Cincinnati and the manager and coaching staff are able to read, hear, or telepathetically understand posts and act on them in same time mode.

If either of these two things occur, the good guys stand a decent chance of winning provided Mr. Narron doesn't allow a certain graduate of the University of Maryland to "throw just one more pitch."
    Where we gonna go?

He should and might be dealt by then.

I wonder if the option is void if he is traded.

and another thing - the Reds now have 3 members of the 2002 Minnesota Twins starting pitching staff. All we need now is Brad Radke & Rick Reed

They did win 94 games, however. Even with AJ Pierzynski.
