I was honestly thinking of starting a thread to discuss Negron's potential and possibilities. I think he deserves a look at AAA. Good for him.
I have no idea why Tabor is going up. I don't think he's demonstrated enough consistency at this level.
Sounds like someone is going to MLB. Francisco or Valaika.
What did Joe Krebs do wrong?
LeCure and Valaika were called up to Cincy to answer Tabor and Negron.
Well I war partially correct.
The Cincinnati Reds have made a series of player transactions impacting their Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats prior to tonight's game against the Birmingham Barons.
SS Kris Negron and LHP Lee Tabor have been promoted to Triple-A Louisville, while SS Miguel Rojas and RHP Abe Woody have been reassigned to Carolina from High-A Lynchburg.
From Corey Brinn:
Right-handed pitcher Doug Salinas & outfielder Ryan LaMarre have been promoted from Dayton to the Lynchburg Hillcats of the Carolina League

Well, that takes the Dayton team from bad to...what's worse than bad?
I don't think so. He's been hurt this year. Pretty sure they still think highly of him.And Rojas' transition to organization filler begins . . .
