    What is Homer's pitch count, 95?? If so, there is no way you can call him up right now. I mean he has only been getting to the 5th inning in double A. I'm just speculating here, but do to the fact that he is starting to walk more batters and is only getting into the 5th, he should start attacking them more. Sounds as if he is nibbling on the corners.

    I believe it is 95 pitches.

    I am in the boat that this year should be 'Homer is staying in the Minor Leagues' year. I think he could serve a useful purpose for the Major League team yesterday, but I believe its better for the franchise and for Homer that he stays in the minors for now.

    I wouldn't mind seening us bring him up as a reliever, but not as a starter. Still needs work on his breaking ball before I do that.
