    how about Pudge Rodriguez tonight?

moving to 2b?? seemed to do just fine.

first time in his major league career against an important game against the Red Sox.

pretty weird seeing him out there.

also on another note, im pissed Jason Larue is 0-his last 23.

Play an average major league hitter once a week and he turns in to a crappy one. This should not be a surprise to anybody. LaRue didn't forget how to hit. He just has yet to get anything going. Not advocating him playing necessarily, I just don't think he's suddenly morphed in to Brad Ausmus at the plate.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

If Pudge can play 2B, I wonder if Brandon Phillips can play short.......oh never mind.
More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves me.

He moved there because of an emergency, it was not a start or an act of "team building" it was an 8th inning move in August because of an injury.
