Why do Marty/Steve play hardcore rap as intro from commercials??

I find it kinda funny. It's a song like "Candy Shop" playing (acoustic, without words of course) as they come back from commercial breaks.

    It's always rap.....

I highly doubt that Marty or Steve have any say on what's played. That comes straight from WLW.

The producer in the studio is who selects music and gives cues to the broadcasters whether in Cincinnati or on the road.

Uh...Matt might be able to "enlighten" us.

My favorite one is the intro that sounds like a carnival music show.
Some people play baseball. Baseball plays Jay Bruce.

I'm looking forward to the next time the Reds play the Yankees, when the bump music will be "C.R.E.A.M" by the Wu-Tang Clan, hopefully.

I'm still hoping we can get Brandon Claussen on the hill again - and they can use the "Wang-Chung" intro for Johnny Footstool.
