This question applies to more than just Homer but I am specifically interested in him. If Homer actually has made his last start of the season and the Reds intend to 'shut him down', what exactly happens to him? Do they send him home? Do they keep him in Chattanooga to work on the side with that team's pitching coach? Would it be advantageous to bring him to Cincinnati to work with Ruhle/Hume? Here's a thought:maybe they should send him to wherever Mario Soto is to have him work on his changeup? Anyone have any ideas?
