Nah... worst lineup was the replacement Tigers when the team went on strike in protest of Cobb being suspended.

Here's the final score of that day

    Code:
    DET A 0 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 0 - 2 4
    PHI A 3 0 3 0 8 4 4 2 x - 24 25

And they will keep rebuilding and tearing down and rebuilding and tearing down. No thanks to that.

    I'm guessing you weren't alive in 1982?

Anything the 1899 Cleveland Spiders put out there was pretty bad.

Same for the 4-F's in the mid 40's.

I'd argue the Federal League was pretty even, except for the 1915 Baltimore entry.
Some people play baseball. Baseball plays Jay Bruce.

Who are you people? You're all over the place tonight
There is no such thing as a pitching prospect.

Yeah, but there were some "names" in '82.

    Bench, Driessen, Seaver, Concepcion, etc.

Now the '32 Reds on the other hand.

And that ended up being the final score. Bad line-up, good result.
