I'm not sure what to think about Aurilla getting the day off...

The Giants fans have been kind to him (applauding his at bats) and I assume he enjoys playing in front of them again...

I would have liked to see him stay in.

He hasn't hit them very good this series.. I'd like him coming in to pinch hit in the late innings verse having Castro pinch hit like yesterday.

Looks like the world is ending outside here in Cincy.

Thankfully, this is a road game.

    Jeezul crap!

I hadn't looked at Cain's overall numbers--man, he's got some sick figures. Oy vey.

Let's get to him early I guess.

Hey FCB, I know it's off topic but Malkmus is playing with the Silver Jews out here in a couple of weeks. I'm gonna try and go...

I saw the Jews in Chicago in late July--they were...wobbly. Hopefully Malkmus lends a bit of order to the proceedings for you guys.

How did San Fran get this kid Cain? He is a freaking monster! (Not in the Biblical son of Cain sense)

My goodness, San Fran somehow, some way always has arms.

I saw their first or second show ever earlier this year. Wobbly indeed.

Great on the up-tempo stuff, sloppy as hell on the slow numbers.

    Unacceptable by Junior.

Unacceptable. He didn't even "try" to run out the strikeout.

Even Casey could have made it to first.
