Little League to implement pitch counts

I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.

We were one of the experimental leagues last season and we used the pitch counts. This is a great idea. They need to ban the curveball as well.

Having tried to coach and keep score last year, keeping pitch counts seems like a practical problem for the average league.
