Re: 9/2/06 Game Thread Reds vs. Padres

No $#%@ Red in Chicago. All season long the home games have been starting at 6, meaning they are blacked out on directv. Then today I am out of the house all day and figure I can see the game when I get home. But of course not. The game wouldn't be blacked out, the FSN crew is obviously on the left coast and it is 10 o'clock at night for crying out loud. Show the darn game! Especially being such a big game. I live in Maine, so it wouldn't affect me one bit but I think the only games that are not shown should be home games. ALL road games should be televised as you are not losing any revenue when people decide to stay home and watch.

By the way, I tried the radio link but I got a message that said mms is not a registered protocol. Anyone know how to fix that?

Not that swinging at the 1st pitch continuously is a good thing, but doing it occasionally is okay. You're never guaranteed results, but if you never do it, the pitcher gets an easy 1st pitch strike, and that will put you in a big hole.
