The offense continues to let mediocre pitching off the hook.

    They didn't score. Wow.

I have to say that this is the worst Reds offense I've seen since 2001.

This team is simply horrible at hitting with men on base. A disaster. Two on and no one out, we get three routine outs. And Rich, being Rich, as well as he's been this year. hit a foul on a pitch he had to reach way outside on and hit the "bloop" on another ball. Good way to let the pitcher go 8 innings until they get to the closer with us one run down. Good grief.

Amen. Now Alou homers. That might do it for the day with the way the Reds batter are hitting.

Somone must have given AH the swing sign..........muy malo!

Did EE at least try and go the other way.....something that he has forgotten to do lately.....the guy just seems confused...and maybe losing some confidence after the smorgasbord of runners he LOB during the LAseries.

Hennessey has thrown only 21 strikes out of 51 pitches, yet has only given up the solo HR.
