Phillips takes a huge cut at ball four. Full count.

After another couple of fouls, he walks.

Two on, one out for Denorfia.

Denorfia looked terrible in his first at-bat, so let's see a little redemption.

Well the Reds have lost enough games to crappy pitchers due to the crappy pitchers good fortune, so I'll take it.

As I said, I never said you have to praise the stuff Kim has thrown, just some credit for getting the job done. And by that I mean the 2 runs over 5 innings we all would of signed up for this morning.

I certainly not disagreeing that his stuff looks very hittable.

Biggest threat of the day and it's Chris Denorfia that comes to the plate.

That's just the way things have gone recently.

Chris swings right through the first pitch, then pops up the second one.

Two out. Two pretty bad at-bats for Deno.

Norris Hopper will come up and pinch-hit for Kim. Good move.

When is Griffey going to quit so Denorfia can play everyday?

Gotta say...I have been extremely disappointed in what I've seen from Deno. Not impressed in the least.

The pitcher has thrown 3 balls so far and it is a 1-2 count.
