Ross reminds me a little of Alan Knicely......anyone remember that 1-2 month experiment in 1985.

AK was tearing up AAA......if the net was on during that year....he would have been the Deno of 1985.

BUT he was beyond awful as a fielder....made Dr. Strangeglove Dick Stuart....look like Keith Hernandez.

Ross is a better hitter.....not as bad of a fielder....although he does seem to have some bad moments.

    Superstar whiffs on three straight.

Either the camera angles are funny or all of our hitters are crowding the plate and easy prey for a jamjob.

Kim should not be pitching at this point. The Reds have a bullpen full of pitchers. They could all go out and throw 1 inning and still have plenty for this weekend.

Giants TV guy: "You can tell Alfonzo knows Sanchez. They've hooked up a lot."

    Uh, good to know.

Reds go down 1-2-3 again. 2-0 Giants after 3.

It looked like Freel swung at ball 4.

I remember Knicely. He was good for about 10 games and then reverted back to junk. Ross is a good comparison from the fielding standpoint.

Because our advance scouting stinks and our hitters are brain dead.

Durham comes close to hitting his second homer. But it's just a loud foul.

Niekro pounds a line drive to left for a single.

    Notice the continuing trend?
