Over-used words and phrases (in other words, ENOUGH ALREADY!)

    I'll nominate these:

    Git 'r done

I'm like... ("and he was like, wait, and I was like go ahead, and everyone was like, well okay then")

Think outside the box. It would give you more credibility to use a different expression, or a different way to describe what you are looking for.

Phone tag I can absolutely count on the other person referring to phone tag if each of us has had to leave at least one voicemail.

    Bling.

    Any others?
For every action there is an equal and opposite criticism.

"Literally". As in "He has literally put this team on his back and carried them to victory." Probably not unless it was some sort of teammate carrying competition. Overly used and mis-used.

All things considered I can't think of one.

    "That dog don't hunt"

I prefer: "That turd don't streak the side of the bowl."

Git 'r done Agreed. I hate that phrase.

I'm like... Like should never be used unless comparing 2 or more things. I hate hearing it as a verbal pause.

Think outside the box. I never thought of it the way you said. Now I agree.

Phone tag. My mom says this all the time. It drives me nuts.

    Bling. Agreed. Extremely annoying.

I also hate the overuse of the word Random. My girlfriend says it all the time. "That was random." No, that was different, not random.

It's gotten to the point that "thinking outside the box" is now inside said box.

Anything that comes out of Stuart Scott's mouth.

    People saying they've been disrespected.

You live in Philly and you've never heard of ECW? It's pro wrestling. I posted it as a joke to the "Oh my God" comment. I guess it's a "had to be there" type thing.

No, I have heard of the wrestling ECW, but I thought it stood for something else, too.
