Anyone see the Reds fan Praying on the game last night???

You saw him wheneer there was a shot of the batter, and it was always at the important at-bats, with runners in position. He was in the bakground, hands Folded, by himself, no one around him, talking. It was hilarious. That guy wanted a big hit in the worse way.

    I noticed it.

How about the guy they showed in the 10th that had his girl kissing all over him? I figured win-or-lose, he'd be a happy camper sometime after the game.

I noticed the guy praying also. A true fan, I must say.

I could tell that girl kissing that guy WANTED TO LEAVE ASAP.

Depends. If my wife is there, probably best to stay.

If its an early season game, you go right then and there, wheneer she wants to go.

Now, the games are so meaningful, I dont think I would go. She'll get oer it.

This is hilarious, I saw those two on TV last night and thought the same thing everyone else did.

I love baseball but I would have been just as content listening to the rest of the game in the backseat of my car!!!

Maybe he was praying that his wife wasn't watching the game on TV at home

    The praying or the kissing?

Some people play baseball. Baseball plays Jay Bruce.

I use to hold my breath in key situations hoping for a big hit. Don't do it, lack of oxygen can have a negative effect on you.

Yeah I saw him, very interesting. I laughed at 1st until I realized something. I thought to myself. Here this guy is cold, wet and alone and yet he is so into the game and is oblivious to everything including the camera being directly on him for quite some time now. I am thinking to myself man I am that guy sometimes and do I look like a maniac. He wanted that win more than anyone on earth at that moment I think, you could just see his knuckles whitening as he gripped so hard as he prayed.

Very insightful thing too watch. But more than that very funny.

Shooot! There will always be another ballgame!
It's absolutely pathetic that people can't have an opinion from actually watching games and supplementing that with stats. If you voice an opinion that doesn't fit into a black/white box you will get completely misrepresented and basically called a tobacco chewing traditionalist...
