Do the Cards need to make up a game?

In looking at the standings, the Cards have only played 156 games with 5 remaining on their schedule. Where's No. 162? Will it be made up?

The Reds and Astros both also have 5 games left... so was there a rainout for the Cardinals at some point that hasn't been made up? If the Reds and/or Astros are a half game back after Sunday, I'm guessing it would be imperative that the Cardinals play that game, correct?

Nevermind. It's amazing what a little research can do for a person.

I just saw that the Giants would have to go to St. Louis Monday for that makeup game if necessary.

There are a couple threads discussing this on Reds Live already...

Basically, the game (against SF) will be made up if the Astros or Reds are within 1 game of the Cardinals at the end of play on Sunday. The game will be played on Monday.

    My worst nightmare:

The Cards finish a half game behind the Reds with one game for them to play. Then they win it and the tiebreaker.
