I heard human words being exchanged yesterday. So unless there are particularly advanced animals running around Africa, there are definitely people there.
How far ahead is this, time-wise? Does anybody know what part of Africa it is?
There is no such thing as a pitching prospect.
The camera is based in South Africa, it shows the current time as 9:35 pm--which puts it about 6 hours ahead of EST. It seems like it should be more than that, but my mental image of geographic distances is frequently skewed.

If you page down from the camera you'll see a clock..I guess it's right.
