    Cory Lidle feared dead

    Terrible Story

NEW YORK - A small plane with New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle aboard crashed into a 50-story condominium tower Wednesday on Manhattan's Upper East Side, killing at least four people, authorities said.

The four deaths were confirmed by the city medical examiner's office. There was no word yet on injuries linked to the crash on an overcast October afternoon, which sent thick black smoke soaring above the city skyline and flames shooting out of apartments above the tony neighborhood.

    Ex-Red Cory Lidle feared dead

ABC is reporting the plane that crashed into the building in NYC was registered to Cory Lidle and that his passport was found on the scene. Crazy. And sad.
