Reading the coaching discussion in the Red Guard section and hubby brought up someone that could be a decent batting coach--Tony Gwynn. Good guy, likeable, smart, lifetime BA of 338 and the man used to watch every one of his own taped at bats to correct and analyze his hitting. Gwynn pulled and hit to all fields, could help Dunn there.

Thoughts and Opinions? The Reds would have to lure him out of college coaching, but enough money could do it.

Or, what about Eric Davis?
