    Award Predictions

    Here's my predictions for this years awards:
    NL MVP- Pujols or Howard
    AL MVP- David Ortiz
    NL Cy Young- Aaron Harang of course
    AL Cy Young- Johann Santana

    Completely agree. Although I could see the AL MVP going to Ortiz.

    What I want to know is, who will be the next Pujols and how can we get him?!

    If Howard doesnt win the NL MVP it will be a total sham.Look at the numbers and pick who had the better season,Howard without a doubt.

    You're joking, right?

    Pujols blew him out of the water with Winshares this year. Howard accumulated a lot of counting stats, which seem to look pretty, but Pujols had the much better season.

    Look at the numbers again, and you'll see it was Pujols without a doubt.

    Yeah but Howard struck out 181 times in 2006.

    Those are the odds on guys. Though Brandon Webb should give Carpenter a good challenge for the NL Cy Young.

    I also think Carlos Beltran deserves the NL MVP (best all around player in the league and he starred for the best all around team in the league), but I'd be shocked if he got the award from the writers.
