It was a joke. She reacted well after the announcement (making sure she didn't win) and she looked straight into the camera and gave an over-exaggerated "Whaaaaaat?" She was just goofing around, kind of like Ben Stiller when he mouthed "mother f....." after losing out at the MTV awards a few years ago.

Faith and Stud Guy McGraw Hubby definatley fall in the "I could care less about your political views, please just stick to singing" category.
And it looks like somebody falls in the "Because of your political views, let me laugh a little bit harder at you" category.

I think she was kidding (she's looking right into the camera so she obviously knew she was on camera). However, the idea of a potential catfight between Faith Hill and Carrie Underwood interests me strangely...

Why would you do that, even to joke? It's not your moment, kiddo.

Can't really see it though. Carrie seems like too much of a good girl.

Ah, but we can always imagine, no? Besides, it's always the "good girls" who are the baddest.

Nah....I laugh a little harder at any pretentious entertainer, despite their political leanings, who makes a fool of themselves.

I don't blame her actually. I'm not a country music fan, though there are some I like... but I digress.

IMHO, Carrie Underwood is no more a country music artist than Britney Spears is!
