    I'll third that!
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

    Most missed poster

The REAL TeamClark!! I won't say anymore as I might drive myself mad thinking about it. Krono and Creek also.

    Best tag line

ChipR, whenever I hear someone say that so and so is untouchable or whenever I hear someone complain about the Reds I take solice in knowing that the game is the draw. The players and their achievements are just the cherry on top.

    Best Moniker

harangatang. I thought this as soon as we got Aaron myself, so to see someone with the tag line was pretty cool.

    Most Valuable Poster

TeamClark (Great Source of all things we may not know otherwise), Cyclone792 (Great use of statistics and puts it in a way us morons can understand), Falls City Beer (The great stimulator, albeit in a way I don't always agree with, he keeps the debate raging) TradeRumor and Redsland also get mentioned here.

    Most Clever

    George Anderson:
My Grandpa told me the other night in a bar the trade was off!!
Too me it was so funny, not too fancy but perfect for that particular discussion. "a real trade rumor" was the thread.

    Best Armchair GM

M2: He's a very good observer and doesn't usually make snap judgements.

    Best Trademeister

Krusty: He's the most creative and he always has an idea.

    Best Discussion

4th and 5th Annual Redszone Awards: You tend to find out peoples true thoughts on one another. Special mention to the Dick Pole discussion.

    Worst Typist

fewfirstchoice: Space out those sentences brother.

    Funniest

Puffy: He is usually the most consistently funny.

    Best Use of Statistics

    Easy Cyclone792

    Most Long-winded

Sorry GAC, I'm not sure who it is but I haven't noticed it with you as much as some others. I am going to go with myself, I notice I do that at times. And I am working on it.

    Most Positive

VaticanPlum is my fav in this area.

    Most Negative

FCB is too easy to target. So I am going to go with someone who I have noticed just recently has gotten awfully negative. edabbs44: lighten up ed it's baseball.

    Best Use of an Emoticon

Paintmered: Not so much emoticons as his avatar, that too me is a the funniest avatar and an unofficial emoticon IMHO.

    Nicest

Max Venable is a really nice person, just talk to him.

    Best Moderator

Paintmered is who I seem to notice alot and he is one of the few that I think "moderator" when I see his posts.

    Best Chatter

KittyDuran is very active in the chat and talks to everyone.

    Most Off-Topic

I'm not real sure, I'll update later.

    Best Newcomer

jojo: seems to post some really good points, quite often.

    Best Outsider

We should just name this award the MattyMo award.

    The Marty Brennamen Award

OnBaseMachine and Big Klu (Has his always updated Reds HR leaders list on hand). Caveat Emperor does an outstanding job.

    The Old Red Guard Award

GAC's terrible ordeal. It was very interesting to see people who really don't know each other all that well show such kindness.

    Best Historian

    OldRightHander!!! This man is money!

    Lifetime Achievement Award

    M2: Nuff said

Most Tired Topic of the Year

Any trade thread of completely foolish proportions. I.E. (example) Dunn for some re-tread 3rd, 4th or 5th Starter.

But I still love ya all.
    Miss ya Creek!
It's absolutely pathetic that people can't have an opinion from actually watching games and supplementing that with stats. If you voice an opinion that doesn't fit into a black/white box you will get completely misrepresented and basically called a tobacco chewing traditionalist...

GAC – when I was there. Dude multi-tasks a lot with beer drinking, game updates and random conversations. Kudos to Kitty and TB as well through the year for the “shows”
Heath, I think you got the Teamsters mixed up... IIRC, it was me and TeamCasey doing the "shows"...

SteelSD. Sad end to a sorry episode.

    Best tag line

RFS--Just because he's paranoid doesn't mean Puffy is not out to get him.

    Best Moniker

    BoydsOfSummer of course.

    Most Valuable Poster

WOY and Cyclone. Stats and baseball history presented very well. I learn almost daily. I totally dig it.

    Most Clever

BCubb and Redsland. Top notch and worth a daily visit just in case one of these two break out with a classic.

    Best Armchair GM

Some non-combustible compound of M2, Krusty, Cyclone, Steel and WOY

    Best Trademeister

See above. Let Krusty whip 'em out. Let Steel,Cyclone and WOY crunch the numbers and analyze it. Then run it past M2 for final reasoning.

    Best Discussion

The Dunn bashing threads suck, but they bring out some serious baseball analysis, which I VORP'n love.

    Worst Typist

WVPacman. He's not drunk, he just cnat tpye. Never has being called up to TORG meant so much to somebody.

    Funniest

    Too many to list.

    Best Use of Statistics

Cyclone breaks it down to a level where a simple doof like myself even gets it.

    Most Long-winded

GAC is in serious danger of being overthrown by LitlAbner. It's cool though, ramble on my brethren.

    Most Positive

SuperBarry just bubbles with it. She is a candidate for most missed also.

    Most Negative

I'll pile on FCB here too. I don't see it as a bad thing though. I find his agonizing endearing. I'd love to drink a beer or twelve with him and ***** at the newest stiff the Reds run out to the mound.

    Best Use of an Emoticon

    I don't really know.

    Nicest

Never met Kitty but her sweetness is apparent. Always getting goodies for us.

    Best Moderator

They go fairly unnoticed to me. Like umpires, I guess you don't notice the good ones. I'm not sure I could name any of them.

    Best Chatter

GAC seems to like it the most. I seem to miss the best ones.

    Most Off-Topic

    Dunno.

    Best Newcomer

mth comes to mind. I recall trying to rep him a few times only to find out I need to spread it around.

    Best Outsider

Vatican Plum. That yankee fetish makes her a semi-outsider.

    The Marty Brennamen Award

Caveat is King, there are none higher. Even Marty Brennaman calls him Sire...

    The Old Red Guard Award

    None come to mind immediately.

    Best Historian

WestofYou. I'd buy the book and purchase several others for gifts.

    Lifetime Achievement Award

    GIK and Boss. Thanks guys.

    Best Moniker:

    CoffeyBro, you know his story.

    MVP:

M2, Team Clark, savafan, Matt700wlw, Doc. Scott and ChipR and there are many others that I would really miss if there were not around.

    Most Clever:

    Redsland

    Best Armchair GM:

    Nicest:

    Best Moderator:

I really like them all and thank they do a nice job.

    Most Off-topic:

redsupport, it's funny most of the time.

    Best newcomer:

there are a bunch of good new zoners. If you have been called up this year, you have probably been worthy of this award.

    Best Outsider:

I don't see anyone as an outsider. There are not too many fans of other teams unless you count vp, but she loves the Reds too.

    Marty B award:

it's been so long, but thanks to all of those that helped out. I don't get into them that much, but you guys do a great job.

    The ORG Award:

I can't think of one off the top of my head, but I'm sure it came from Redsland.

    Best Historian:

    WOY

    Lifetime Achievement Award:

I have been around, but a couple years now, but I would probably go with all of those mentioned in my MVP vote.

Most Tired Topic of The Year:

bashing the front office, talking about Jim Bowden, and giving Adam Dunn hell for a bad couple of months. Praising Walt Jocketty would rate up there as well.

    I plead the 5th.
