Last Night I Dreamed I Was Starting at GABP

Starting PITCHER - for some reason, even though I've only ever played 2b.

But here's the kicker: in the afternoon, before the game, I logged on to RZ only to find threads complaining about my minor-league numbers and generally calling me another warm-bodied soft-tosser (which, I suppose, I would be if I started for the Reds). I recall one poster even calling me "the next Jimmy Anderson in a thread.

The dream didn't last long enough to see me start; it only lasted long enough for me to close out my browser.

    Thanks, RedsZoners.

I can't believe we're using a spot on the 40 man roster for Keystone12. He's only 22 but his minor league numbers are terrible and he's not going to get any better starting in the majors. Cut your losses, Wayne, he wasn't worth giving up Dunn for.

And to think we gave up Adam Dunn to get him!

A converted second baseman? Geesh, probably another soft tosser...Sounds like the next Jimmy Anderson.

This move is worse than 'The Trade'. I'm not spending another dime on this team until he's off the roster.

Championships for MY teams in my lifetime:
    Cincinnati Reds - 75, 76, 90
    Chicago Blackhawks - 10, 13, 15
    University of Kentucky - 78, 96, 98, 12
    Chicago Bulls - 91, 92, 93, 96, 97, 98

Keystone12 couldn't carry Jim Coombs jock.
Will trade this space for a #1 starter.

Hey, we all dream of being pitchers. The ultimate control.

But, I thought chicks dug the long-ball.

    These responses crack me up.

:dunn: "I gotta admit, I can't seem to figure out that Keystone12 guy's curveball!"

If WK called me and asked me to come down to have a look at my arm, I might think the Reds FO had a few screws loose... but then again, the Reds once ran Josias Manzanillo out on that mound...

either way, I bet I could whoop Brian Meadows' ass!

Last night I dreamed 6 numbers under 50.
That was after the lotto drawing.
