Wear gaudy colors, or avoid display. Lay a million eggs or give birth to one. The fittest shall survive, yet the unfit may live. Be like your ancestors or be different. We must repeat!
Maybe it's just me, but I don't think it would be a good idea to hand this woman the keys to the shuttle Discovery any time soon.Johnson Space Center spokeswoman Eileen Hawley said that Oefelein would not make any comments through NASA at this time. To her knowledge, no one from NASA had spoken with Nowak yet, she said.
Two astronauts, Navy Capt. Chris Ferguson and retired Air Force Col. Steve Lindsey, have gone to Florida to establish contact with Nowak, Hawley said, adding that her status as an active-duty astronaut remains unchanged.

I can't believe that this woman threw away her career over a man. A MAN!
I can't believe she made it through all the psych evals to get/stay in the astronaut program.
Will trade this space for a #1 starter.
I am sure that makes her hubby and three kids feel wonderful. Knowing wife/mom was willing to drive a 1000 miles, urinating in diapers just to try and kidnap and likely off a supposed "rival" for the affections of another married man.
So if your wife goes "space crazy" and goes postal on another woman over another man, is that a bad thing?
"Space Crazy"...I like that. That will become excuse number 1 the next time one is needed in my interactions with Mrs. Ltlabner.
Thems astronauts seem like a frisky bunch.
She used to wake me up with coffee ever morning
Maybe he dressed very nice.I can't believe that this woman threw away her career over a man. A MAN!
Makes the "Mile High" club lose some of it's luster...
teach tolerance.
School's out. What did you expect?
Well Bob-O, it may be speculation, but I wouldn't put my money on her being "employee of the month" anytime soon.NASA officials declined to comment when asked if Nowak's arrest meant the end of her NASA career.
"That's speculation," said Bob Cabana, deputy director of the Johnson Space Center.

And mug shots are never flattering.....ever.
