My only risk is that "RZ gathering" is written in pencil on the family calendar and is prone to being written over with "visit Aunt Maude".

Writing "Redszone gathering" on the calendar goes over about as well as writing "Bachelor party" on the calendar as well, even though it is written in pencil.
