Burn down the disco. Hang the blessed DJ. Because the music that he constantly plays, it says nothing to me about my life.

Jim Merritt. Known as OC. Anyone know what that stood for?

I don't know what that stands for, but ask Jim Brosnan about Jim Maloney's nickname (at least I think it was Maloney).

Yeah, I know Maloney's nickname. I think it rhymes with Mitts.

OC stood for "Occasional Cocktail," which Merritt had a great affinity for.

    Mitts, as in Heather.

OC...I like that one. Sounds like one my grandfather would come up with. That's his type of humor. He and his friends liked to call Fridays "POETS Night," which stood for "P(rhymes with kiss) On Everything, Tomorrow's Saturday."

Marty always talked about Motorboat Jones in the minors...I don't even think he ever made it up.
