Ryan Freel in MLB 2007 Game Commercial?

OK, so I'm watching ESPN earlier tonight, and they show a commercial of this guy in a business suit who is attempting to cross a busy lane of traffic. He finds an open spot and takes off sprinting across the road-complete with business suit and briefcase- and slides in like he's stealing second base.

The commercial was for the console game MLB 2007, for PlayStation, X-Box, etc.

I'm telling you, the guy in the business suit looks like Ryan Freel. Anyone have any clue who that is? Have you seen the commercial?
