I'm not gonna lie, I'm relieved when I check back here and no one else has received an email yet.

Well, basically that's a sign that they haven't started notifying people yet.

EDIT: Which sucks...cause I wanna find out!

Of course.. knowing this Cities luck, they will be sent out at about 4:45, and all the tickets will be gone by 5:30.. from Cubbie fans buying them all up..

If it works like last year, once you're reconginzed as a "winner" you have until Friday to buy your tickets. I'd assume they only pick the same number of winners that they have tickets for. After Friday, who knows what happens to them?

That's how they worked it last year.

I was worried about this until I went to lunch with my boss on Monday. He had just come from a meeting with Castellini. We got to talking about the opening day parade and he then casually threw out, "Do you want to go to opening day with me?" He had just bought a couple of tickets from Catellini.

One of the perks of my job, I guess.

I tried to play it all cool but couldn't quite keep in the excitement.

Someone call 513-765-7000 and ask them if they have started the notification process. I would do it myself but they would recognize me.

You can't buy tickets until tomorrow at 9am I believe. I scored two tickets last year through this drawing and have my fingers crossed again. I was at Meijer yesterday and they have a sign up that says opening day tickets will go on sale saturday at 9am and the tickets for other games at 9:30. If they are planning to have tickets left over for saturday wouldn't that mean that everyone who registered would get tickets?

The rules said the sale would start tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM for the winners.

Does the drawing assign the privlege to buy two tickets or the privlege to buy two tickets in an already slected area?
