Sure, but those are just spring training numbers. Here's what he's done in his career.That makes me angry, stat wise he is in the top 5 in a bunch of categories and #1 in a few, yet he probably won't make the team

Not the most impressive of resumes.

My guess is he goes to AAA and doesn't come up at all barring some combination of trades and or injuries. I'd put him sixth, maybe seventh on the OF depth chart right now.
He's a decent enough guy to have in AAA for depth and I'm sure he's a very nice man but he's not going to make this team.
It's just not going to happen.
