Who needs Pythag? Pirates to win NL Central!

You guys can have your fancy formulas like Pythag and the like. For my projections, I go to googlefight.

    http://www.googlefight.com/index.php...eds&word2=Cubs

Here's the projected order of finish:

    Pirates
    Reds
    Cardinals
    Cubs
    Brewers
    Astros

This proves once and for all that the Reds are better than the Cubs. Save your arguments. You can't fight science.

What if this wasn't a rhetorical question?

All models are wrong. Some of them are useful.

At first I was convinced that only the top team won but the it was the Marlins vs Cardinals and even that program couldn't let the Marlins win.

Bad news for the traditionalists....stats slaughtered oldschool....
"This isnít stats vs scouts - this is stats and scouts working together, building an organization that blends the best of both worlds. This is the blueprint for how a baseball organization should be run. And, whether the baseball men of the 20th century like it or not, this is where baseball is going."---Dave Cameron, U.S.S.
