    Former Reds

    Randy Keisler is doing nicely for the Cards in Florida. 6 IP and 1 hit so far. Too bad he couldn't have had more lines like that when he was a Red.

    But let us never forget the nights of of May 24 & June 7, 2005. Nights that many REDS fans will remember. Nights the mighty REDS played the mighty Nationals & Devil Rays in MLB games. Nights that made many REDS fans remember the name Randy Keisler...

    * May 24, 2005. REDS win 4-3 over the Nats.
    > Game goes 14 innings.
    > Randy Keisler enters in the 13th inning.
    >> 2.0 IP, 0H, 0ER, 1BB. Gets the win!
    >> 1-for-1 at the plate. Gets his 1st ML hit w/ 1 out in the 14th to drive in the game-winning run!

    * June 7, 2005. REDS win 9-7 over the D-Rays.
    > Ramon Ortiz gets bombed in 1.2 IP (7H, 1BB, 6ER).
    > Randy Keisler takes over w/ 2 outs in the 2nd inning.
    >> 6.1 IP, 2H, 1ER, 8K. Gets the win!
    >> 2-for-3 at the plate with a double and a HR!

    Ken Griffey Jr bobblehead night. That was one of the best games I have been to. I really enjoyed the 14th inning stretch. I was kind of hoping for a 21st inning stretch, but the relief pitcher getting the game winning hit in the 14th was not a bad ending to see.

    Definitely one of the best games I have been to, as well. I think that was the same game I was sitting up in the Machine Room eating during batting practice and Wily Mo blasted a ball that came about 1 foot from hitting some lady a few tables over.
