    Wow. Nice contract for Kelley after biding his time in Cincinnati.

    Its technically a one year deal, similar to the one given to Donte Stallworth.

    If Washington produces, the Pats keep him and his salary goes up. If they don't, it doesnt hurt. Smart cap managing.
