1st game tomorrow for Minor League players

I'm not sure who they are going to play, but tomorrow is their 1st game.
    I can't wait.

What will be the best way to follow it? Is it part of the split-squad?

I can't wait for the season to start again. I'm so sick of prospect lists I want to puke.

No, but i'll ask today when I talk to him. He did tell me that Jay Bruce is on the AAA squad and most of the guys that were in Dayton with him last year are playing on the AA squad. He will start the game today against the Pirates and will pitch 2 innings.

This is interesting. I wonder if this means he will start in AA. Good luck to TW today!

You should switch that to "be ready to hit the changeup"

ok I forget.... who does luvsbaseball know?
The lowest acceptable payroll amount for ownership to show they are not greedy pigs is 15 million more than they are currently paying. No matter what that currently is.

Thanks... I hope he does good too. I'm so ready for the games to get started. Yeah, I should change it to "you gotta be ready to hit the changeup.. I don't know, I asked Travis and he said that Jay still thinks he
is going to start out at High A. I guess we'll see. He did say that Jay has really been hitting the ball GOOD!!!!

Jay said in the offseason that his goal was to start off in AA this year and that he had been working hard to get that chance. Even if he starts out in Sarasota I could see him going to Chattanooga sometime this year with a good season. That 2005 draft class has me really excited between Bruce, Wood, Lecure, Fisher and Loo.

I thought Milton Loo was going to be one of your breakouts on your site. He's mine in Dayton, offensively. Or Logan Parker...really like him.

Well I tried to stay away from top tier prospects (anywhere in the top 10) with that list. I already expect him to produce well and he is a top 10 prospect. Heck in a recent BA chat someone asked about him and the response was something similar to "after Bailey and Bruce, Milton Loo may have the highest upside of anyone in the Reds system". I expect him to be very good next season in Dayton, but I don't know if it will be a "break out" year becuase of what we arleady expect out of him.

Does anyone know where I can find box scores or spring stats from the minor league games starting today? minorleaguebaseball.com doesn't look like it will have anything until opening day.
