Help with a baseball related movie title?

I'm sure those who have attended Reds games have seen the clip the Reds show on the video screen just before they announce the umpires. It's a clip from a movie in which a white haired umpire is hit in the head with the first ptch of the game, and then out of fear of getting drilled again he calls every pitch from there on a strike. He even goes as far as dancing around the homeplate while yelling out strike three. It's a hilarious clip and I was hoping someone could help me out with the movie title so that I can go and out and get this movie.

OBM..that is one of the greatest movies ever. It is stunning to think that someone in the US has never seen it.

Please run...don't walk...and acquire this movie.

Here are some of the baseball scenes, including Mel Allen's classic "How about that?", the Queen's wicked scroogie, and the strike three dance.
