Homers next start tomorrow will be a great game to see! I will say I'm caught up in all his hype, and just hope we aren't expecting too much from him too soon.
I think a lot of people are. His stuff is absolutely there. His ability to use it well isnt yet. He needs to learn to pitch a lot better and mix his stuff up to keep hitters off balance. The scary thing is how good he has been without really doing that. I have listened to about 75% of his starts since 2006 began and I don't recall 1 time that his curveball has been hit hard in the minor leagues.
