    Hamilton in for Griffey?

PHOENIX Don't have a lineup yet, but someone, whose name I'm not supposed to mention, is taking fly balls in right field right now. So I'm guessing that will give Ken Griffey Jr. a day off, and two days off in a row. But I expect Griffey to play Friday against Zambrano.

Will get you the lineups when I get them. Luckily my Blackberry works in the clubhouse.

As I said, get Freel, Hamilton, and Phillips all in the lineup tonight for their speed.

    I approve.

Maybe Jr. needs a day off so Friday he can get his first home run of the season and pass Reggie Jackson on the All-Time list.

It's going to be COLD, and the wind is going to be blowing in.

Expecting a rain/snow mix all weekend.

I'll be there, cold or not!

I thought WGN weather said Friday was going to be pretty good? That's the day I'll be there.

Maybe its Arroyo playing RF so they can have his bat in the lineup?

The should not mess with Hamilton. They should leave him in center and move Freel to right when Jr needs a rest.

If it's anything like it was today, it's gonna be UGLY. Got to walk to the 'L' in 2 inches of slush this morning.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

We got 5 inches of snow today.

Friday is actually decent, 47 and party cloudy. However, it's always colder at Wrigley this time of year, especially with the wind.

On Saturday (the day I'm going) it's supposed to be 37 with a rain/snow mix.

Could it be Jeff Conine? Narron might be looking to get some more "plate discipline" in the lineup and Hamilton, Conine, Hatteberg, and Dunn are the only ones that have really shown that thus far.

I love the Hamilton start again today if that is who "you know who" is. Jr needs a break and Hamilton is about the hottest player on the team right now maybe minus conine. Im not sure if i would keep Freel in center or move him into right tonight
And this one belongs to the Reds...

Give Freel another day off. Griffey looks like he is so close to having his timing down I dont think sitting him now is a good idea.
