Pelland is a horrid starting pitcher. I can't believe the guy is still standing in the role.

FWIW, Medlock has 10k's in 6.1 innings, pretty impressive.

Last year Votto was fine in April until he went on an 0-16 stretch to end the month.

    Louisville now trails 4-1.

Looks like Jay Bruce had his hit streak stopped at 10 games going 0-4 tonight with a walk. Unless the Reds bat around in the top of the 9th, he wont come back to the plate again.

Fisher has 34 ground ball outs and just 12 fly ball outs on the season.

Carlos Fisher is indeed human. He allowed his first earned run of the year in his 19th inning.
I think we both know he did it on purpose.

He's a little old for the league, but didn't Fisher just start pitching a couple years ago in college? I always had it in the back of my mind that he was a middle reliever waiting to happen, but his start has given me some reason to hope. AA would be a nice test... Wayne.

And once again I have to ask, what does Rojas have to do to get out of low A? I feel bad for him and the hitters who are being utterly destroyed every time he takes the mound.
