Not to stir up some controvery, but that's one hell of an illness for Griffey

I kind of thought with a lefty they may give Griffey another day. It will be interesting to see if they say he's available to pinch hit or not.

I've been knocked out with a 104 degree fever for the past 4 days...I finally feel alittle more like myself today. They said Harang had a 101 degree fever the other day so it could be going around the clubhouse.

People will attack Junior for being sick just to feel good about themselves, but if he's got anything close to what I've been dealing with, he's been knocked out cold.

I thought about going to the game, then I saw that Milton was pitching. I'd rather wait and go to a game where I know the Reds have a chance at victory.
My dad got to enjoy 3 Reds World Championships by the time he was my age. So far, I've only gotten to enjoy one. Step it up Redlegs!

I heard Josh had the flu to start the season, so he spit in the food of other Reds players such as Junior to make them sick so he could get a start. He also took the last business class seat on the PHX to Chicago plane causing Dunn to sit coach thereby leading to Dunn's back spasms.

Just curious folks....I live several hours away and plan my trips around work etc.
However looking at the walkup for last night, just wondering about you guys that live close.
Tonight......let's say beautiful weather. A great night for a reds game. You know Milty is on mound. Does that cause you to save your money till day another or go ahead and go ?

If Harang were on the mound.... expect a near sellout.... with milton on the mound expect a 25,000-30,000 crowd.... meaning easy walkup tickets.... agree guys?

Not really, because when it's this nice and a seven year old begs his dad to take him to see a big league game, that kid doesn't care who's on the mound.
