Geez, how are you going to get a horse in a hot air balloon?

    That's just crazy talk.

Wasn't there a rumor floating around for a while that Wade Boggs and Margo Adams had, uh, frolicked on the pitchers mound at one point?

Judging from your handle, I'm guessing that you probably know the guy who locks up the park and turns out the lights after everyone else has left.

Or maybe this is more the kind of thing that you should mention when she asks you what you want for your birthday.

Well, Puffy and WilyMoRocks have given you the grand plan. $10.95 is pretty cheap for a night of much enjoyment.

Cook for her. Even if it's just pasta. And buy a bunch of flowers. Doesn't have to be roses, daisies from Kroger are just fine. Make her a card. Write from your heart. You can say it better than Hallmark.

All that and the nati light and you'll be celebrating again in 9 months. Maybe your $10.95 is better spent at the drug store.

    haha.... so true

seriously though... cook her dinner, light the candles, find some flowers (flowers are pretty expensive though... maybe you can find some wild flowers which in the long run are better than store bought ones)

write her a good poem or find lyrics on the net as long as you write it out on a piece of paper or something... then maybe a small inexpensive gift will seal the deal and your thin wallet won't be thought about

I thought a lot about this last night and I have your night for you. And the best part is you can get all this stuff at the local Gas N Sip.

    A forty of Mad Dog.
A brown paper bag to put over the Mad Dog.
A three pack of condoms. Ahhhh, what the hell, its her birthday, go for the 4 pack!
    A can of cheez whiz.
    Nachos.
    Incense.
Some crayons and paper for a card.

    Bingo, bango - romance ensues......

Actually, I did pick up a similar sort of thing for my wife a few anniversaries ago. There is a book of these romantic coupons out there somewhere. It's not nears as fun sounding as the hour of love when they spell it out, but it probably works out better in her eyes this way.

Also, make sure any coupons you make or buy don't contain the standard disclaimer at the bottom: Cash value less than 1/200 of one cent.
