As a fan I'm excited but as a human being I'm concerned for him. Thoughts?

    Amazing.

It's going to be hard not to worry whenever he takes any sort of hit for a long time... maybe the rest of his career?

I'm surprised I really didn't think he'd be returning. Hopefully he has a great season coming up.

I think his target return is for 2008, not this season.

I think David needs to consider keeping his facilities and being able to play with his kids from 2007 and on.
Some people play baseball. Baseball plays Jay Bruce.

I admire his heart, but I don't think this is a good decision. It's not worth ending up in a wheelchair (or worse) for the rest of your life.

I admire his courage but question his judgement. One way or the other, it is his choice alone and I wish him the best of luck.
