    the General Lee on ebay

I've been watching this for a few days. Apparently you have to be pre-approved to bid.. Look at the price on this thing. There's about a day left, and it's already well over 2 million..

WE had one of those stolen here locally about 2 years ago from a guy who had it stored away as a collectable.

Someone collected it. The local police said they are on the look out for it. Yeah right - like whoever stole it is gonna drive it openly around here because it is soooo inconspicuous?

I saw one driving down a rural highway in Preble County the other day, but it looked like someone had bought a Charger and done the paint job himself. It was a pretty good job though.

Actually the final price was $50,000. The rest consisted of shipping and handling.

$9.9 mil for a car that didn't even appear in any of the original episodes? (from what I gathered)

    Pfft.

The high bidder hasn't paid and Schneider intends to auction the car elsewhere, while threatening legal action.

Not surprising considering the amount of the bid. That's a pretty hefty price.
