I'm sorry but it's not the same. Sending EE down doesn't mean they have to eat his contract. If they would have just cut EE then I would agree with you. It was a terrible idea to give Stanton that contract, but it doesn't make Wayne a hypocrite if he doesn't cut Stanton.

It's a sunk cost and he's been sucking worse and longer than EE this season.

Ok well if they could send Stanton down, I'd agree with you. Sending a guy down and cutting a guy are different things.

And I don't think EE should have been sent down either. And I do think they should DFA Stanton, I just don't think that Wayne is going to eat that contract, especially since it just started.
