That little girl is Adam McKay's daughter -- he's a writer and director (40-Year-Old Virgin, among others) and he's the other guy in the clip. Here's some trivia for you: Adam McKay is married to Jeremy Piven's sister, so that's Jeremy Piven's niece.

I don't believe McKay had anything to do with Blades of Glory which, as a huge Ferrell fan, I am ashamed to admit I have not yet seen.

Will Ferrell has two movies coming up that I know of: Semi-Pro (based on the short-lived rival NBA league in the 70s, just finished filming) and Stepbrothers with John C. Reilly, which starts filming in September, but as far as I know McKay is not involved with either of them.
edit: scratch that. imdb has clarified for me: he is directing Stepbrothers. And he did not direct the 40-year-old Virgin. I'm confusing my comedies.

The language in that clip is not safe for the workplace, but it is funny. Headphones or low volume would be appropriate for that situation.
