and if he does it won't matter. This team is sunk time to unload the geriatric scappers.

I really do think this team is not this bad....

I think I do, anyway. I'm beginning to wonder.

Castro and Conine are at the bottom of my list of issues right now....they don't pitch out of the bullpen

this team stinks and it isn't just the bullpen. Time to unload the old chaff because there isn't any upside with these guys.

The Reds haven't had a GM with the cojones to tear it down, and I doubt the current GM does either.

Rookie GM, near rookie manager (well new in terms of being in charge), maybe that's the problem. What they have done hasn't worked and that's on thing that's for sure.

We have a GM who has never made the "real" decisions before and a manager who has never had a winning season. Our scouting dept. is also the worse in MLB. That's not my opinion but the opinion of most GM's.

I enjoyed watching the first couple games of the Tim Lincecum Era--kid's complete class. Can Stubbs hit rookie ball pitching yet?

His line at Low A Dayton: .279/.354/.457/.811 with 5 HRs in 31 games. Not too bad, but I think a first round pick with college experience should be putting up better numbers than that in low A.
