Ok, the experiment or wakeup call or whatever you want to call it is done. Get EE back up when the Reds return east.
"In our sundown perambulations of late, through the outer parts of Brooklyn, we have observed several parties of youngsters playing 'base', a certain game of ball. Let us go forth awhile, and get better air in our lungs. Let us leave our close rooms, the game of ball is glorious"

I'm right there with you Reds Freak. We can fit EdE, Freel, Dunn, Jr, and Hamilton all in the same line-up this weekend, let's do it. I'm getting sick of Valentin (.227/.327/.318) albeit in 44 ABS this year. However, if the Reds have decided that he can't catch, his batting ability does not merit him as a pinch hitter. Bring EdE up and cut Valentin loose if you don't think he is a sufficient catcher.

i read in the toledo blade that richie gardner was going to pitch the first game of the double header thursday for the bats.
there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

Ricky henderson has a higher OBP than C. patterson and he's retired. C. Trent 6-14-2008

Edwin 2-5, a homer, double, and 3 RBIs.

    Reds could use that.

Yeah but he might have an error, so lets just not think about what his bat will do.

He might think he fouled one off into the stands and not run it out too.

Pelland has been pretty nasty since moving to the pen. The Reds need to clean out some of the journeyman and move him up to AAA.

Fisher not as good but still loving the K and BB numbers. A couple homers to a guy who apparently has his number hurt him.

    Strait's been hot, no?
All my posts are my opinion - just like yours are. If I forget to state it and you're too dense to see the obvious, look here!
