Mud Hens get out of the inning without giving up any more runs, but it's a new game. 3-3, going to the bottom of the 9th. Ricky Stone in to pitch.

Not much to report on the top of the 10th, Bats go down 1-2-3.

Hens have runners at the corners with 2 outs. Lefty Jason Kershner brought in to pitch. Grounder to Votto ends the inning, we go to the 11th tied at 3.

Majewski - 1IP, 1H, 1BB, 1K. Listening to the Toledo broadcast so they didn't talk much about him.

I also noticed that EdE does that an awful lot. Since August 4, 2006 he did it six times with the Reds. And now he has done it twice more with Louisville in about a week's worth of games. That makes 8 times in about a half-a-season's worth of at-bats. I wonder if Encarnacion has changed his swing? Made it longer somehow? Who knows? Not me.

Two outs and our heroes strike again! Votto singles to center, followed by Encarnacion's first homer with the Bats out to left field. 5-3 LOU, middle 11th.

Not quite over yet. Mike Hessman drives in his 4th run of the day, taking Brad Salmon's first pitch over the left field wall. 5-4 LOU

Salmon recovers from the HR to strike out the next 3 batters, and this one belongs to the Bats!

Pelland can be filthy at times. He just needs some consistency.
    Suck it up cupcake.
