    Do the REDS actually send hispanic players to Billings? I'd guess that they'd use the Venezuelan or Dominican rookie leagues and promote players to Dayton or Sarasota.

    I agree, Castro would be an EXCELLENT asset to the Reds organization; just not as a player on the 25 man.

    I don't know. I hadn't thought of that. If they don't, then maybe he would be useful somewhere like Dayton.
