Weather men don't need to be very bright in San Diego. How hard is it to say it's going to be 75 and sunny about 360 times a year?

I bet the sportscaster at that station would be hard-pressed to define the marine layer or to identify for her/his viewers when the amount of vorticity in the supercomputer models would necessitate battening down the hatches. So I'd call it a wash.
