I think it's pretty clear by now that Jerry constructs his lineups to adapt to imaginary situations he doesn't want the team to fail in rather than to maximize the opportunities for his best players. Over the long haul it's going to cost the Reds some runs.Originally Posted by BRM

I'll say the Reds win tonight 4-3 (10 or 11 innings). But they get killed tomorrow night.

Fearless prediction: Reds sweep Nats and run record to 21-27.... That'd be great heading into the PITT series which I'll be at....
Tomorrow is certainly an uphill battle. A lefty on the hill for the Nats (Chico) against Saarloos. Not much to like in that matchup.
